WHO WE ARE
V-CLos is a student-led 3DCG live production collective at Senzoku Gakuen College of Music, exploring new possibilities in entertainment.
We bring together the energy of live music and 3DCG technology powered by motion capture to create virtual experiences shaped by our background as music students.
Students lead every stage of production: planning, performance, sound design, CG animation, and visual direction. Together, we keep exploring new ways to express our ideas on stage.
VOCA-Fes SeriesFLAGSHIP PROJECT
The VOCA-Fes Series is our flagship live project, bringing together the skills of the entire V-CLos team.
At its heart is our commitment to live music. A live band brings the energy and groove of each performance to the stage.
The series also puts our research into practice. Each show takes on a new technical challenge, exploring what fan-made live performances can become.
TEAM STRUCTURE
Performance Team
Performs live music, operates synchronized backing tracks, and prepares lead sheets.
Sound Team
Creates programmed instrument tracks and tunes synthesized vocals.
Visual Team
Records student dancers with the college’s motion capture system and creates 3D animation and background visuals (VJ).
PR Team
Plans and carries out publicity and promotional activities for our shows.
Our teams also work with students who handle lighting and live sound.
We draw on campus facilities and talent to connect research with practical live production.
